Living in Rogers
Rogers has become known as one of the fastest developing areas in Arkansas over the past decade. Rogers is diverse in its offerings and you can quickly find yourself fishing on the banks of Beaver Lake, swimming at the Rogers Aquatic Center, bowling at Fast Lanes, or shopping trendy shops on the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. If antiques are more your thing, you will find several local favorite flea markets and shops in the downtown area. Across I-49 from the Promenade you will find Top Golf and the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion (the AMP), which has been named one of the Top 100 amphitheaters in the country. Local Beaver Lake is a short 15 minute drive out of town and boasts multiple campground and cabin rentals as well as marina/boating, fishing, and day-use, lakeside water activities.
Rogers Schools
Rogers School District is home to over 15,000 students and includes fifteen elementary schools, four middle schools and two high schools. The Rogers High School Mounties and the Heritage High School War Eagles find themselves at the top of the rankings every year in academics and sports. Both Rogers High School and Heritage High have been named as one of the Best High Schools in America by the US News and World Report.
